PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Over the past several years we have performed numerous projects at this facility. These include HVAC upgrades to Building 2, 58 and the SPS center. Mechanical Room Retrofit in buildings7, 8, 9 and 11. Our most notable project was the Hospice This project was the new construction of a single-story hospital building in which AML was the General Contractor. There was a large underground steam utility tie in for steam distribution for the heating system along with two (2) custom Roof Top Package Units for the cooling systems. As the General Contractor AML was responsible for providing and overseeing all trades to ensure a complete package including Nurse Call, Medical Gas, Roofing, Flooring, Concrete, Striping, Landscaping, Painting, Electrical System (above and below ground), Plumbing, Windows, and Doors.
