PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Allstates has been a prime mechanical contractor on the following schools within the last five years:
Bethune Elementary School
Motivation High School
Anna B. Pratt Elementary School
Richmond Elementary School
Ethan Allen Elementary School
Morrison Elementary School
Mayfair Elementary School
All of these projects have been in active schools and have been coordinated with all other prime contractors along with the School District of Philadelphia. Work on these projects have included boiler room upgrades, air handling units, unit vents, etc.
