PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Allstates Mechanical has undertaken this project as the prime contractor. This project included replacing 600 Fan Coil Units in a seven-story occupied facility, including equipment, piping, controls, insulation and balancing. Along with the fan coil unit replacement AML re-built four (4) existing Air Handling Units which involved new motors, dampers, coils, heat recovery wheels, and variable frequency drives. The final component of the project was replacing eight (8) Computer AC (CRAC) Units. All work on this project while the building was completely occupied and fully functional during construction. Our field crew went through comprehensive background clearances and worked second shift in order to comply with the building operations.
